Terms of service

At Aeros, we want shopping with us to be simple and clear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using tryaeros.com (the "Site") and buying +Steady from Aeros LLC ("Aeros," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Our Product

+Steady is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Not a medication. +Steady is not a GLP-1 medication. It is not intended to replace, change, or enhance any medication or medical treatment.
• Not medical advice. Everything on the Site, including articles, ingredient information, and FAQs, is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
• Talk to your doctor. Consult your physician before using +Steady, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take any medication, including blood thinners or an oral GLP-1 medication.
• Possible interactions. Some ingredients, including ginger, bromelain, and black pepper extract (BioPerine®), may interact with certain medications. Stop use and contact your doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Results vary. Individual results vary, and we do not promise any specific result.

WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain an error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize Aeros LLC to automatically charge your payment method at the subscription price shown at checkout, on a recurring schedule based on the quantity you chose (every 30, 60, or 90 days), until you cancel.

• What's included. Subscription prices include the subscription discount and free shipping.
• Billing dates. Your next billing date is shown in your account. We do not send reminder emails before each charge.
• Skipping or cancelling. You can skip or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing contact.tryaeros@gmail.com. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• Price changes. If we change the price of your subscription, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause your subscription until your payment details are updated.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. Your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date. Still, product images, descriptions, and other content may sometimes contain errors or be out of date, and we may correct them at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration, and actual packaging may vary slightly.

Reviews and Messages You Send Us

If you send us a review, comment, photo, or other content, you confirm that it's yours to share, that it's truthful, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law. You give us permission to use, display, and share it in connection with Aeros, including on the Site and in marketing, without payment to you. We may remove any content at our discretion. We never edit a review to change its meaning.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Aeros name and logo, the +Steady name, text, images, and design, belongs to Aeros LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. DigeZyme®, LactoSpore®, and BioPerine® are registered trademarks of Sabinsa Corporation.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Break the law. Violate any law or regulation, or encourage others to.
• Mislead. Provide false information, impersonate anyone, or place fraudulent orders.
• Resell. Buy products for commercial resale without our written permission.
• Interfere. Upload viruses or harmful code, scrape the Site, or disrupt its security or operation.
• Infringe. Violate our intellectual property or anyone else's rights.

Third Party Services and Links

The Site uses third party services, such as Shopify for our store and checkout, our fulfillment partner for shipping, and a tracking service on our Track Order page. The Site may also link to outside websites, such as published research. We're not responsible for third party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as stated in our Refund Policy and as required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will always be available or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aeros LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Aeros LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as product disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue after termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aeros about the Site and your purchases.
