1. Overview

This website is operated by Aeros LLC ("AEROS," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting tryaeros.com and/or purchasing from us, you engage with our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here (including our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products

We sell the AEROS Dead Sea Mud Mask. We've made every effort to display our product and its colors and details as accurately as possible; we can't guarantee your screen displays colors accurately. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities purchased per person or per order, at our discretion.

4. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

The AEROS Dead Sea Mud Mask is a cosmetic product intended for external use only. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Perform a patch test before first use.
  • Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
  • Avoid contact with eyes; keep out of reach of children.
  • If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known skin condition or allergy, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Any statements regarding minerals, research, or studies are provided for educational and informational purposes and describe the Dead Sea mineral category generally. Individual results vary. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

5. Orders, Payment & Fulfillment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We receive and process orders through our fulfillment partner. We reserve the right to cancel an order after it's placed (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud); if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

Orders enter fulfillment shortly after they're placed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our products are made to order. We accept refunds and replacements only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit — we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Full terms are described in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

AEROS offers an optional Subscribe & Save program. By enrolling, you authorize Aeros LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing. Your Subscribe & Save order is billed at $45.00 per delivery (25% off the one-time price of $60.00) and ships once per month. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle. Shipping is free on all subscription orders.

Discounts. Bundle discounts and the 25% subscriber discount stack on your first subscription order only. All recurring orders after the first receive the standard 25% subscriber discount applied to your selected quantity.

Cancelling, pausing, or skipping. You are in full control. Sign in to your account, select Subscriptions, and choose the subscription you'd like to change. From there you can pause, skip a delivery, update your payment method or shipping address, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and ends all future billing and deliveries; it cannot be undone, though you're welcome to resubscribe anytime.

Changes to pricing. If subscription pricing changes, enrolled subscribers will be notified in advance by email before any adjusted charge takes effect.

Failed payments. If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the AEROS name, wordmark, logo, text, graphics, product photography, and copy — is the property of Aeros LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site or products to: violate any law; infringe our or others' intellectual property; transmit malicious code; collect others' personal information without authorization; or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The site may include links to third-party websites or services (including payment processors and fulfillment providers) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeros LLC, its officers, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeros LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review this page periodically.
